The brochure's master plan lists all five towers at G+22, settling the portal spread of G+25 to G+28 against the primary source. Portals still report Bellissimo at 4 units per floor with 3 lifts and Magnifico at 2 units per floor with 2 lifts — those density figures remain reported, not brochure-stated.
Mivan structure, marble living, digital-lock entry
From the brochure: RCC with aluminium formwork (Mivan), premium stone or marble in living and dining, laminated wooden bedroom flooring, an 8-ft PU-finished hardwood main door with digital lock, and all-weather air conditioning in the units. The brochure itself states the corner plot, frontage on the 130m Noida–Greater Noida link road and the Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad Expressway, and a 24 m internal road. The developer's own distance claims — petrol 170 m, proposed metro within 1 km — sit on the location page, tier-tagged.
